Description

Bonjour Γ  tous, Pour la premiΓ¨re de l'annΓ©e, on se fait un petit Mont Chauve....Sortie courte pour se retrouver aprΓ¨s les fΓͺtes. DΓ©part Γ  8H30 depuis la boutique CafΓ© du Cycliste situΓ©e au port de Nice. La sortie durera environ de 3,5/4 heures (retour entre 12h et 12h30). DΓ©roulement de la sortie, nous resterons groupΓ© jusqu'au dΓ©but des montΓ©es oΓΉ chacun pourra grimper Γ  son rythme, avant de se regrouper au sommet ou nous attendrons 5 min MAXIMUM. Si pendant la sortie vous sentez que vous n'arrivez plus Γ  tenir la cadence, pas de panique, vous pourrez vous repΓ©rer grΓ’ce Γ  la carte du parcours postΓ©e ci dessous. Lors de votre participation Γ  la sortie, vous bΓ©nΓ©ficiez d’une remise de -20% sur le magasin (valable uniquement le jour de la sortie, hors bar et atelier). LES REGLES POUR LES SORTIES CDC -RESPECTER le code de la route -CASQUE OBLIGATOIRE -VΓ‰LOS ADMIS: Route, gravel, Cx (vΓ©los NON ADMIS: VAE, VTT, City bike,…) -Amenez au minimum 1 chambre Γ  air, des dΓ©monte pneus et une pompe. Une 2Γ¨me chambre Γ  air et un multi tool peuvent Γͺtre utiles. Pensez Γ  amener Γ©galement un peu d'argent au cas oΓΉ, ainsi que votre tΓ©lΓ©phone portable en cas d'urgence. -Pensez Γ  amener beaucoup d'eau ou boissons Γ©nergΓ©tiques et soyez sΓ»r d'amener assez de nourriture avec vous. -Pour tous ceux et celles qui souhaitent se joindre Γ  nous merci de vous enregistrer comme participant. AVERTISSEMENT: -Le CafΓ© du cycliste ne sera pas tenu responsable d’éventuels problΓ¨mes (accident, problΓ¨mes de santé…) lors des sorties CDC. Il en va de VOTRE responsabilitΓ© de vΓ©rifier votre assurance Β« responsabilitΓ© civile Β». ______________________________________________________ The ride will be approximately 3,5/4 hours. We will depart at 8:30 from the cafe. During the ride, we will try to stay as grouped as possible until the beginning of the climb where each can take their rhythm, with a regroup at the top. We will wait 5 minutes at the top of each climb to get the group back together. If you feel like dropping out during the ride, don't worry as we provide roadmaps of each bike ride in our STRAVA group for those less familiar with the region so you can find your way back. As a participant of a CDC ride, we offer you a unique discount: 20% on all our clothing and apparel (excluding drinks at the bar and workshop services), on the day of the ride. RULES OF CDC RIDES -RESPECT the traffic laws -a HELMET is obligatory -accepted bikes: road, gravel, CX (not accepted are electric, mountain and city bikes) β€’ Bring a minimum of 1 spare tube, tyre levers & a pump. A 2nd spare tube & a multi tool can be useful too. Also, bring some money in case you need emergency food supplies and a mobile phone in case you get stranded. β€’ Bring plenty of water or sports drink and make sure to bring enough food. For those who wish to join us please register as a participant of the ride in our STRAVA group.
