1. If the tunnel is closed and the pass open, traffic is possible except for vehicles with a total laden weight greater than 3.5 tons.
2. If the pass is closed and tunnel open, traffic is possible except for pedestrians, bicycles, vehicles with trailer or caravan, the transport of dangerous materials, vehicles with a gauge greater than 4.10 meters height or with a total laden weight greater than 19 tons.
